On the other hand, individuals who do not take their breakfast adequately get affected adversely in the terms of health and fitness.

Muesli for Breakfast
Muesli, a raw food diet or puffed rice, was invented by a famous Swiss physician named Dr. Bircher-Benner. His intention was purely based on providing people with different cures.
In order to understand how muesli benefits an individual, it is necessary to have a look at its ingredients and how it is made:
Take two tablespoons of oats, one chopped banana, one thinly chopped apple, one tablespoon of seeds, which consists a mixture of sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, two tablespoons of raisins, six tablespoons of yoghurt, two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of orange juice, which is optional.
Moreover you need two tablespoons of finely cut strawberry to garnish the recipe.
Now you need to go through the following guidelines for preparing muesli:
Take two tablespoons of water or orange juice and keep oats in it for whole night.
Mix the ingredients with the soaked oats
Finally garnish the recipe with sliced strawberries.
Buckwheat Pancakes for a Healthy Breakfast
Buckwheat pan cakes are very delicious to taste and are some of the favorite dishes across the world. Pan cake is prepared by mixing buckwheat cakes with low fat curds and vegetables. With the result, the fiber and iron rich pancakes are ready.
To prepare in a systematic way, one needs to know the ingredients well.
Take a cup of buckwheat, one fourth cup of sour curds, half cup of grinded bottle gourd, one tablespoon of well cut coriander (dhaniya),one tablespoon of bottle gourd, one tablespoon each of fruit salt and mustard seeds, one tablespoon of oil, a pinch of turmeric powder and asofetida(heeng in Hindi), and salt as per taste.
Then one needs to follow bellow instructions to prepare the recipe:
Firstly, one needs to wash the buckwheat and mix it with curd in a large bowl. Keep it as such for an hour. Now mince the buckwheat in mixer and mix it with curd. Putting the mixture aside, add coriander, turmeric, green chili paste, white pumpkin and salt. Then take a non stick pan and heat oil, add mustard seeds to it. As the seeds start fizzing, add asoefetida and finally add to the batter. Now sprinkle fruit salt and add few drops of water to it. As the water starts boiling, mix thoroughly. Now spread the mixture evenly on a nonstick pan to form a 4’’pan cake .Cook it on low flame and your Pan cake is ready.
