One is advised to drink plenty of plain water instead.

Eat More Regularly to Lose Fat- By eating smaller meals more often one burns fat throughout the day because our digestive system works all day long. Digestive system requires energy to keep working and this energy comes from your body fat store. Apart from these points are many more reasons as to why eating regularly in small intervals will help you lose weight. Eating 5 – 6 small meals a day is ideal.

Get Rid of Junk Food from Your Fridge- So free your fridge from all the junk food that contributes immensely to your body fat, so that next time you are bored or just watching your favorite movie again, you won’t grab one of those things.
