Creating a menu for your diet plan and for healthy living is not only difficult but also time consuming. I always wanted to include all the healthy foods in my meal plan but somehow didn’t know how to. Each time I heard of a food which contained all the vital nutrients for a healthy body, I didn’t know how to consume it in my daily meals or how to convert them into something that is tasty for me to consume.
