I have always had the problem of remembering names and faces. I used to meet a person and forget his name the next day. At times, situations have been so odd and embarrassing for me that I don’t remember the name of someone I met just about 5 hours ago. Names and faces were not just the only problem I had but I also forgot events, numbers and critical information related to my business. I couldn’t remember my friend’s birthday or their anniversary.

Have you always wanted to lose weight and look fit? Losing weight can be a time-consuming and difficult task to achieve. You may have been trying for months and months together but not able to achieve any noticeable results. This could be because of several reasons.

I was overweight and wanted to lose weight as soon as possible. I tried all crash diets and searched the Internet for hours and hours together to find some techniques and exercises that would help me lose weight fast and safe.
